"No matter what the object or event is, whether it is a star, a swallow, a Kwakiutl, a 'psychological phenomenon' the layman who confronts it does not confront it as a sovereign person, as Crusoe confronts a seashell he finds it on the beach."

Q: What is Twitter good for? A: Mindcasting
From ...
Though I've not been a regular Twitter user, I can easily defend it's value. With intentionality it can be a powerful part of your personal information system.
Mindcasting. It's a good word.

For a number of years I've been beginning all my classes with a brief activity with an index card. I'll do the same with my Blogging class but I'll do it using Blogger itself. I'll be asking the questions one at a time -- so it may feel a little awkward -- but the only way I'll know is if I try it. So here we go.
You'll find out in a moment why I'm calling this blog Passionate Bloggers. :)
